Yoga has given me the awareness to live a more conscious life by understanding the deep connection between the body and mind. I find joy in sharing this knowledge and building a community of people working together to live happier and healthier.

The Timetable section has the variety of online classes on offer, and for a more tailored practice, I also offer private 1-1 sessions online and in person.
